Solo and behold!

So, lo and behold, The Solo CDP LG I traded over a year ago (for my Sig P938 AG) is still sitting in the display case at my LGS for a lowered price. An offer I can't refuse. Going to bail it out of jail today and give it another chance. Mabey it's learned a lesson.

I understand that your first Solo worked well until the grip screw striped and Kimber replaced this Solo for a second one that never worked right so you traded for the third one with an upgrade to the CDP ( which you paid for ).
But what exactly was the failings of the Solo CDP other than you just could not trust any Solo after the second one failed you?
April fools or not, a reduced price Solo CDP that works may not be a bad option.

First SWCA, then me and now the Kid goes for another... what the hell is going on? What next... Nellybelle declares her Solo a POS and becomes a hater while Iceman gets rid of his Solo to trade straight across for a Taurus Millennium?

So on my way to LGS, in my Pinto, I spun another muffler bearing. Man, I hate when that happens! Wow what a racket it made as I drove it the 200 some miles back home. (Montana is a small town with very long streets) I was lucky I only got 2 tickets; one for too loud muffler and one for excessive emissions. Well anyway, by the time I got home my gun store was closed. He's only open on Monday and Wednesday from1-3 PM. I'll have to call him on Monday. I spent the rest of the afternoon changing the muffler bearing and doing some other maintenance that was needed. Topped off the blinker fluid, rotated the air in my tires and put a brand-new 2 x 6 on my front bumper. So I'm sorry there's no range report today. Maybe next year on April Fools' Day. Carry on.

It happens when backing over a tree stump.
