Solo Durability

I fully intend for my Solo to primarily be a carry a lot/ shoot a little firearm for me, but I was wondering on how durable some long-term owners have found their pistols to be.

My only concern is that, based on perceived recoil using the hot ammo both I and my Solo seem to favor, this little gun and its aluminum frame seems to be dealing with a whole lot of energy.

Has anyone seen any durability issues with Solos once some higher round counts are reached?

There was a guy (iceman) who claimed over 3k rounds with only a broken extractor early on. I don't recall any other problems reported.

I have one of the very early ones, bought it used while waiting for my new ss I ordered. I lost count how many rounds through it. All I changed is the recoil spring and laser batteries. It's one of my favorites.

FYI
During some tests of SOLO:
1. Barrel - was tested out of gun with the 500 proof rounds. No problem.
2. Gun- 5K rounds+P, recoil unit was replaced every 1300 rounds, average temp about 650 rounds/hour(including cooling time). No problem.

I have about 1800 rounds through mine, changed the recoil spring assembly once (early on.....on their dime...it came apart when shooting it). Been flawless, no noticeable wear except for the black finish on the barrel (DC model)....slight wear there.
