After going through, gold dot, hornady, federal and remington and putting about 300 rounds through it I have picked the remington golden saber. Its the only brand I can feed without issues. The others are not bad but the occasional ftf and fail to fully chamber is disconcerting.
Forgot to mention: None of the ammo selected ran 100% through two exrended mags I bought. The two factory 6 rounders are aces. Extended mags no hiding in a box in the back of my closet. Maybe I'll limit them to range duty.
My extended mags came back from Kimber marked BAD. Even the one that had never been in the gun. Ha HA. I have gone only to 6 round mags one in the chamber and a little pinky doohickey on the bottom of the magazines. Stick with the 6 round
in my opinion. Good luck.
I carry Gold Dot 124. Have shot Lawman 124 & 147. My Solo DCLG shoots everything I've put through it flawlessly even my 115 reloads.
