Yonkers turn around time?

For all of you who have been "yonkered".... What's their average turn around time ? I am sure it has been asked and answered before, but cannot find the answer.... They gave me some vague time window! And yes I am getting antsy!

Mine was five weeks. You also can call in and get an update and they'll give you your assigned service number. For me it went fairly fast. Oh, and patience is a virtue don't forget...................whatever that means

I've sent two of mine back for minor adjustment. One was four weeks, the other about six weeks. Depends on how busy they are. I found the best way to handle the situation was to ensure I had another Kimber to carry/shoot.

First time was less than 2 weeks. Second time was about a month if I recall correctly. Third time was a little longer.

Kimbers standard answer is 4 - 6 weeks but depending on how busy they are it could be 2 weeks. It was explained to me that when they quote shorter times people get upset if it runs even a day over. But when they quote longer times and it's ready much sooner people are pleased and satisfied.

Managing expectations with the Solo?

Dear Solo owner,

Congratulations on your purchase. Don't even bother shooting your new Solo. Please contact the Kimber Customer Service Department for an RMA.

That's the secondary reason I don't own a Solo.
