Classic Carry Pro Performs Today...

First time out with The Boner since I got it back from the mothership. Now, this is the first time l have ever sent a Kimber back and I want you all to know that I am completely satisfied with their service. Prompt, courteous and took care of my issue.

Was in a rush didn't bring my range bag just got it out of the safe grabbed a box of ammo got in my stall at the range, no magazine. Just like l sent it back to Yonkers, so the range owner opened up a brand new Wilson Combat Tactical mag and said l could use it but he was so generous I had to return the favor and buy it.

I forgot to take a pic of my terrible target this was with 7 rnds left to go at 7yrds standing unsupported blind bad shoulders jerking anticipating and that 4 inch darling came through like a self defense dream.

Glad your happy with your gun and service. That is one fine looking 1911, really like that model.

Do some states, county's, cities not allow a head on a target. Those targets without heads are odd looking.

Nice shooting glokrok, 3 of us on the forum own the CCP and all 3 of us had the same problem with the gun. I love to know what the cause of the problem was.

Still a good looking gun, shame they seem to be having a recurring problem.

Looks like fun. I must take my NIB CCP/G10 to the range soon.
Until glokrok started this thread, I actually forgot about my CCP.

Sport/Marshall....I don't post personal gun pictures on KT or any site, for any reason. Never have/never will. Taking IP risk is for those that choose to do so, I don't.

If you have a problem with that, choose a orifice.
End of subject.

Fine looking pistol Rok, those grips really accent the bobtail. Looks like pretty good shooting too :-)

This range has a problem with people shooting the rafters. They use the headless silhouettes to try to reduce this but by the pics you can see many rounds still going skyward.

It has been so long since I got it back from Yonkers that I can't remember what all they changed out. I am at work now and when I get home if I can remember I will relook at my ticket. I know they changed the ambisafety out but something else.

Thank you, It is a shame and a little hassle but worth it to me. I am a happy camper now.

It was fun, been a while. I can relate, with all that has been going on, mom passing and my baby girl having my second grandson, I forgot I had a CCP too.
