Just checked them out on Gunbroker. The average price is about 1250. Wow!

But seriously. Money is no object. You DESERVE one.

...A few months ago I got to thinking about a revolver? No springs, always fires kinda stuff. I've never owned a double action before so I figured I'd check one out. Looked at one of the ultralight .357s by SW, felt nice in my hand, single action trigger pull was fine :-) tried firing double action and that's all it took :-(
...no way Jose', you can have it. I'm sure with adequate practice I could be OK with it but uh uh :-)

You haven't shot the Ruger LCR 357mag. Best double action trigger anywhere. (Double action only).

That seems like an awfully small gun for a .357. We had a couple of S&W ultra lite .38 that would shoot +P. Talk about harsh. :'(

I finally had to get rid of them because they were too hard to practice with. I'm positive they would make for a great ultra-close range belly buster, but I'd never try to shoot at anything more than about 3 yards away.

My wife's LCR has the cushioned factory grips. It's a handful in full house 357 but very manageable. And +P isn't bad at all. She's 5 foot tall and small hands. She handles the 357's and carries 124 grain full house mags.

$1250??? Would love to have one but not for that kinda money.
I can get a Ruger SP101 Wiley Clapp with Night Sights for under $700.

The one I was messing with was the SW PD 360 and I don't mean to knock it as much as that may have come off. It's a beautiful gun and weighs 11.5oz. It was more the travel involved that I didn't like, pretty darn smooth but it seemed like a long ways till that hammer fell :-)
I'm sure the K6 will be a really nice revolver too.
