Tight magazine springs

I received the three Mec-Gar EMP magazines I ordered today. In the packaging was instructions on for proper break in. I have read many times from gun owners that you should load up your mags and let them set for a few days and it will help loosen them up. Some people tend to agree with this some not so much.Well Mec-Gar sent instructions stating they recommend doing just that load them to capacity and let them sit.
Well that is all the interesting stuff I have for the day. I will pick up my EMP next Saturday afternoon. I could pick it up Friday evening but Saturday is going to much more convenient.
Chuck43 and Markie like this.

The magazine springs on my Shield 9MM were tight...had to use a loader to put in the final rounds. I loaded my mags and let them sit...I get them out while sitting around and see if I can reload with just my hands. I guess it depends on what type of mags you have. I know the ones for my Bodyguard are easy to load.
