Noob Question

Hi folks- just got a Kimber Super Carry Ultra Plus ( ambi safety) and was wondering if the Crimson Trace grips will fit or will the safety get in the way? BTW, so far 400 rounds downrange w/o a hiccup with white box. Seems good so far! Like the light weight and concealability- the rounded butt does make a difference. Thanks!

First, welcome to the forum, it's great to hear that your Kimber is doing good. To answer your question, Crimson Trace does make grips to fit your Ultra with the ambi safety.

Yes it should fit without any problems, here is a picture of the super carry pro which uses the same frame as the Ultra Plus.

Glad you got the answer to your question about grips. It is very similar to the more often asked question: "Do these grips make my butt look round????"

Send us photos of your Super Carry Ultra Plus. We love pictures!!!

FYI, the Crimson Trace website lists several different grips that will work with the ambi safety. You must read the fine print.
