In a Pickle!

The next Kimber that I want to buy is a Stainless Raptor, now the question is which model. I have the full size Colts so the full size Kimber's don't pull my trigger a lot. It was between the Pro or the Ultra, I have two Ultra size and that was leaning me toward the Pro in Stainless. Good it is settled! Wrong.
Saturday I took about a 40 min. drive to my favorite gun store, had not been there in a while. Happy to report the store was full of guns, ammo, powder and reloading supplies. Ammo was still priced kind of high but they had about anything you would want, even .22lr.
Here is my pickle! The Kimber case was packed! I did not see a Micro, they had a couple Solo's. I was impressed, just about every pistol they had all three models offered, Classic, Pro, Ultra.
I got to hold and drool with a Stainless Pro and Ultra model one in each hand. Up until yesterday I was about 98% certain I wanted the Pro, but I don't know I kept coming back to the Ultra, to me it looked and felt better.
No, I can't get both, I had cash in my fat little pocket but was unable to tell the sales guy which one I wanted. To make it worse the prices were pretty decent and they had a 15% off on Kimbers and a lot of other weapons.
Leaning now toward the Stainless Ultra. Next Kimber on the list is a Master Carry and I think it will be the Pro model.
Just needed to vent/share. Thanks guys and gals.

I just went through kind of the same thing, I wanted a new Kimber but something I didn't already have. I already had customs and pros but no ultras and everything I had was .45 but no 9mm so I bought an ultra CDP 9mm.

I don't usually change my mind on a purchase like that. I was just surprised at myself.
The pickle cartoon was funny.

I like the Pro Raptors because of the steel or stainless steel frame.
