Your favorite handgun

What if something happened that forced you to get rid of all but one of your handguns. I'm not talking about a law or government confiscation, just a turn of events that brought it about. Which one of your babies would you chose to keep?

I thought this would be a fun question to ask so I gave it some thought before posting it and had a hard time coming up with an honest answer. I have guns that have been passed down from my grandfather and father and it would hurt like hell but I'd pick my Kimber Super Carry Pro and the one gun I'd keep.

What's yours?

My Smith & Wesson 65-3 3". Beyond a shadow of a doubt my favorite handgun.

Of all my firearms that were lost in a house fire..
I would have to say that these two, a PC2 45 and a Ruger New Vaquero 45 would have to be the one's that I would have to keep...
I know you said one, but they are highly sensitive firearms and I'm afraid that they would get their feelings hurt if I chose one over the other..

Too gray of an area. If I were to keep one, it would have to account for everything and anything I needed it for. Whether invasion, B&E, Zombies or otherwise. I truly love my 1911s, no doubt. But I think I'd have to say my HK P30 9mm.... Or my HK VP9... I say those two because they are running neck and neck for first place. Hard choice.

Hate to post this on the Kimber forum but my favorite is my Freedom Arms 83 6" 44 mag. About as close to a perfect handgun I have found. I really like my Kimber and it has taken a strong 3rd place behind my S&W model 41 (if not a tie).

My wife bought me a S&W model 19 for Christmas 1972. I carried it in uniform and still have it. It is a keeper.
