grip length 4.75 or 5.25?

Do you have one and wish you had gone with the other? if so, why?

I think it depends mostly on your hand size & primary purpose for the pistol. I have small hands & the Ultra size grip fits my hands perfectly. The Pro sized grip is also comfortable for me, but a tad too long to fit perfectly.

For CCW I would go with the shorter grip.

I agree with Chickadee on the hand size evaluation! I on the other end have large palmed hands but difficult for me to palm a basketball . I was apprehensive first firing my Kimber Ultra but amazed how easy it shoots with the shorter barrel and grip ! Other shooters on my range think I am shooting a 454 Casull as the little gun is loud!! My new gun is a Dan Wesson V Bob with a full grip that is bobbed and boy does that feel great i.e. the perfect size for my hand . Both guns can be concealed very well but the Ultra's shorter barrel is a bit better comfort wise!

I bought a cdp2 ultra+ because I love the security of having my pinky on the grip. I owned a glock 26 and sold it and bough a 19. It's a matter of choice, I just prefer the larger grip.

I have both and don't have a problem with either one.

I recently purchased the ultra+cdp but they accidentally sent the Standard ultra. I had no place for my little finger, and I am not a large guy. I did not know what to do with my little finger. I had the FFL send it back, The Ultra + should arrive this week.

I like them both. I don't have large hands, so they both feel fine. I like the Ultra because of my perceived better center of gravity and balance.

Wink Make Mine Large, Marge!!

I do not have a hand. I have an oversized "meat hook"!! I am one of the few people who actually like the size and feel of an N-frame magnum grip on a Smith and Wesson revolver. I can lose a J-frame Smith in my palm!!! Amazingly, though, I like the feel of my Smith and Wesson M&P40 Shield. On my 1911's, I prefer the larger 5.25" grip, such as my Kimber Pro Carry II:

I have both. I am comfortable with both, but I only carry the Ultra (4.75) because it is easier to conceal and I just like the gun better.
