K6s

Very disappointment so far, waited 9 months for this only to load it then tried to open the cylinder and failed to open. The push release failed to open returned it to the store where they used a rubber mallet on the push release to extract the bullets repeated with same results. Contacted with Kimber support where they sounded shocked and wanted the gun sent asap. Four weeks later haven't heard a thing. Never again.

Wow, you mean there's a manufacturer that allowed a faulty product to leave it's plant? It happens in every line of everything made. I bought a brand new $70,000.00 Ford F250 Powerstroke and it had a situation. It happens.
Manufacturer will fix it and life will be good again.

Welcome to the forum from northern Illinois Rusty. I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your new K6 but I'm sure Kimber will do their best make everything right by you.

Welcome to KT from St Lou.

It ceases to amaze me how a revolver that was test fired in Yonkers and was deemed "good to go" now doesn't function as it should.

Kimber CS will take care of your new K6, but not that bad taste in your mouth...Sorry this happened and I wish you better luck when you get it back.

Thanks for the welcome guys! New to all this forum stuff, enjoying living in NC now where the 2nd Amendment means more than it did in NJ. Buying gun, shotguns, ARs It's a wonderful thing.
PS shortly after posting the news about my Kimber I received a call from the shop the revolver was in and can pick it up. You guys were right
Thanks

Rusty, welcome to the forum from Northern Illinois. Curious what Kimber had to do to fix the problem. Let us know how everything works at the range.
