Another Kimber Followed Me Home Today

A brand new Solo CDP

I'd been going back and forth with the owner of a LGS that I just discovered in Clearlake. He is a Master Kimber Dealer and has an impressive amount of in-stock Kimber handguns. He had quoted me a really good price over the phone, and I showed up today with a pocket full of cash and he went down even further. $780 out the door

Really a nice guy. Started the business after taking an early retirement package from working in Oil & Gas a few years ago. He still has several Solos left in stock. He was peterbed that Kimber did not let him know they were discontinuing the Solo.

He asked me to come back and see him for my next Kimber so he could make some money on it and I told him my next purchase would probably be the Micro 9 Raptor.

Sweet. I like the action. Maybe Kimber will make one in .45 one day.

Congrats on the Solo. I hope you are as happy with it as I am mine. You can get it to run correctly with a tune up or two and proper ammunition.

Chuckels . Go out into your back yard and dig up the cash and go buy a Solo.
You being our fearless leader, need to provide your first hand analysis and opinion . We all would appreciate your comments.

Dan, don't be telling people I have my cash buried back in the SW corner of the yard behind the garage where I'd like to put in a new vegetable garden. They might come over and start digging my yard up.
