Holster Finally Here

My custom holster from Brigade Leather came in today. I have waited for 50 weeks. Of course it was worth it. The belt will be here next week.
Pictured is my Super Carry Ultra Plus with Brigade Holster and my Solo with the Kimber holster made by De Santis for Kimber.

The leather on the Brigade is much thicker and the quality of both materials and labor is the best I've seen in 42 years in and around law enforcement.

My Photo ability and a cell phone camera doesn't really do it justice.

Very nice holster. Congrats on having the patience to wait 50 weeks for it to arrive! WOW! I don't think I could have done that.

Thanks for the comments.

The belt(yet to arrive) $90.00, Mag pouch $40.00, Holster $129.00. I decided I would use the money I receive for being on the Sheriff Merit Board. We only make $40.00 per meeting and it is always paid in December. That's the reason I didn't mind waiting so long. I also carry my Solo in the summer so things just worked out.
The holster really is top shelf quality.

Wink Wow!!!

50 weeks? They must have picked out the bovine designated for that holster and belt when it was a calf and had to wait for it to grow up enough to provide enough leather to make them!!! DAMN!!!!!

Nice lookin' holster there Nellybelle!! I like the Askins-type rig. Being a civilian and not having to contend with retention, I opt for an open top model like Bianchi's Model 57 Remedy holster for my M&P 40 and Kimber Pro Carry II.

In Troy's defense he was ill and laid up for a couple of months, I also had an order placed with him but canceled it after about 10 months.
