UCC II first range report

I think I'm going to like the .45.

I seem to be able to get tighter groups than with my 9.

Hmm, posted before I was done yakking.

So it was the first time shooting a .45 in almost 30 years.

Not knowing what to expect, I just put the front site on the target and pulled the trigger. Then I tried to aim for the same spot with the other 6 rounds.

Not bad for having my eyes closed, huh? (j/k)

Glad to hear your range session went well. I hoped that you toe tagged that target cause it's dead....

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Yes, I'm going to like it so much I have ordered some crazy replacement grips for it. Speaking of...I did NOT use the CTs for any of the shots.

Also, for my range experience I took my Micro 9, Sig Equinox and STI Elecktra all in 9mm.

Here's some results. The circles if you can see them were my groups with the 9s. The extra holes were from the guy in the next bay kept shooting my target. It was ok cuz I was shooting his. His target was a Hillary face.

Mine was more generic.

I forgot to take pictures but I shot all the toes off. He hobbled around for a while.

I'm glad you did. Now what was it you were saying about a Raptor?
