As soon as I buy one of these I wont need an ambi safety.

Nice looking gun Tom, I’m surprised you don’t see more guns for lefties. If the shoe fits go for it.

Fine looking pistol. What if you need to clear a room leading with your right though?

Wow!!
As a leftie I have had to adapt. Some pistols are easier than others.

I have to admit that I never looked at the CG 1911's before and boy they make some purdy shooters Tom....

I have a favorite......

Yea, me too. I started as a kid shooting right handed and after realizing I could not hit the broad side of a barn, my stepmom helped me figure out I was left eye dominant. Most of my long guns are for right handed shooting except for a Browning Xbolt 7mm08 I got a few yrs ago. I still shoot pistols right handed most of the time but can switch back and forth easily.

You would think that someone would make a left handed 1911 for a reasonable price. A $4000.00 gun isn't something that everyone could afford.

Agreed, I think about $2,500 is threshold amount.

I think I will add the Dan Wesson Valor to my list, yesterday was the first time seeing and holding that commander size.
