Do you polish your stainless, chrome and nickel plated hand guns? If you do what polish do you use and what else do you use such as buffing or polishing tools or do you apply by hand and remove by hand with a cloth or whatever. I am thinking I can make some of my revolvers more eye catching. All recommendations will be appreciated.

While it's not something I do a lot, I have used Mothers chrome polish and it worked pretty well on stainless steel to clean and polish. I just used a soft rag to put it on and a clean one to rub it off.

I use Semicrome Polish by hand and with felt polishing wheels and a variable speed Dremel tool. Works well to remove machine marks and to polish feed ramps. Does a nice job on stainless and aluminum.

Take your time, work small areas at a time.

You want recommendations? Leave them alone. They're shiny enough as is....

I don't know about "polish" but (clean up) a Stainless or Nickel revolver the guys over on S&W Forum use Flitz.
I bought a tube last week but have not had a chance to try it out.
Ordered it from MidwayUSA with some other stuff.
