Grip Screw O-rings

I recently found a source for grip screw orings that I thought I would share with everyone. Challis Grips offers an oring that is a bit smaller in diameter than the #60. Iíve had some issues trying to get the 60s to work in some of my grips like the Solo and my Colt Ponies.

Just bought 100 orings for $15 plus shipping.

Thanks for the heads up. I bought O rings when I went to slim grips but couldn’t use them as they were too big. I’ll get on these later today.

Great post! I can certainly use them on certain pistols.
There is one grip manufacturer worth mentioning when trying to get hard to find replacement panels for my CZ. Lokgrips not only have a wonderful product for function, but included the O-rings with the purchase. The guy even picks up his phone on Saturdays, Jason.

I bought a set of grips on eBay that came with this type of o-ring and they worked great.

I had bought a set of their grip screw bushings for my Dan Wesson. They have a proprietary design (hex head) that I really like. They came with these grip screw orings and also with orings that go over the bushing fitting between grips and the frame. They have a great pic on their website of how their system works.

Great find for me as I'd been trying to find smaller diameter orings.

We actually found the #60 at home depot but I am going to let honey know about these.

Thanks for the heads up Tejun. The #60 are too big for my Micro 9 and these just may be the perfect o-rings for it.

I haven't put any on my Micro 9 because I have the Hogue Rubberized grips on right now. If I find the grip screws getting loose, I will put some on. I do have a set on both my Micro 380s (Raptor & SS models). Also used these orings on my Colt Gov 380s and Mustang Pocketlite, and Kimber Ultra Raptor. Haven't gotten around to any of my other pistols yet, but have been adding them as I take them out for some TLC, or preparing for a range trip.

Thank you Tejun, sounds like they will work just fine considering the pistols you've installed. I have a feeling the screws will loosen on me when I put it through the paces. I have the thick 60's on most of my 1911s and these look much more appropriate for the M9.
