Customer service

A big kudos to kimber, sent my k6s to them last tuesday, they recived it fri. I got it back today. Great job guys, added a few goodies in it thanks

Good turn around time.Quoted 2-3 weeks recently.

Kimber will usually quote longer times then they actually anticipate. If they tell someone 1 week and it takes 9 days people will piss and moan. If they tell them 2 weeks and it takes 9 days people sing their praises.

Reverse psychology.2-3 weeks is acceptable to me.Why rush?

I recently sent my K6S for repair and had it back a week later. Outstanding customer support.

Standard business practice nowdays......Under promise and over deliver....do it the other way around and people rip you a new butthole....
