Archers and Pistol shooters

Not sure if right place, but has to do with my Kimber so here goes...
Looking at my range target from last week it seems like I'm getting a tail whip like when shooting an arrow, point impact one spot and fletching hit off just a little you get that side paper tail....
Does that matter in pistol shooting?? As fast as a bullet is, shouldn't it just punch a hole? Mine seem to have a good size (1/4in) tear to the left...Like in archer I could see this affecting accuracy wouldn't it??
What's all this mean to me?!?!

There is a chance that your bullets are yawing slightly. You may want to check the muzzle crown under magnification to see a potential burr or other anomaly may be interfering with the bullet upon exiting the barrel.

This can be a common issue in rifles, less noticeable with handguns, but the issue is still cause for inspection.

Sorry but I disagree.. even a paper at a 45 degree angle will punch a straight hole if nose and butt are in line. When shooting an arrow you see it a lot more, a good shot is a hole with 3 fletching slots in the paper and a bullet is moving so much faster there shouldn't be a tail whip...
