Flitz polish

Bare metal only. Do not use it on gun finishes. Polish barrels, feed ramps, etc.

Agree with bhunted .Flitz is pretty abrasive....great for alloy wheels or making stainless look like chrome. But I don't think I would use it on anything other than bare metal. Cleans up knife blades well.

I used Flitz on this model 10-7 Smith. I wouldn't use it on a blued pistol without testing first.

Flitz is abrasive and should not be used on anything other than bare metal. It will rapidly increase the wear effect on any type of chemical, painted on, dipped, etc finish.

I used Flitz on high end Krieghoff shotguns barrels - blued- never have a problem - just rub lightly. You will be surprised at the lite surface rust that comes off you can't see with the naked eye.
