Thumbs up Valkyrie Dynamics Grips

Has anyone used or bought Valkyrie Dynamics grips at www.valkyriedynamics.com. A small business that makes aluminum grips made in the USA by Americans at a great reasonable price.

I've ordered and got two pairs of Cobra's, 1 all black and the other named Apocalypse, both pair are flawless in the making. They have several different options as to color or finishes.

The first pair I ever saw were on a Kimber Super Carry Pro with the black slide and silver frame. They where all black Cobra's and that made the prettiest 1911 I've ever seen. Have a great weekend all.

If these are the grips Bhunted put on his Raptor then I’ve seen them before, if not they are new to me. Either way I have no experience with them.

I didn't see BHunted's gun but these are some fine looking grips. If you google pictures of Valkyrie Dynamics grips, it shows some good pictures. And they also said if you didn't like them, send them back for a refund or exchange. I also like their screws but they take a Torx T-10 driver or wrench.

They sell these at Amazon and on EBay but they were the same price so I ordered direct then if you leave a positive review you get 10% off your next order.

I have them on my Raptor Pro SS and polished them. They are fine and everyone that sees them love them. Guess this is my BBQ gun.... click to enlarge.

Other than their really good looks, is there a functional reason for the design?

For example, do the openings/vents stop sweaty hands from losing a solid grip?

Valkyrie Dynamics Grips

Prob not the best but the grip is still good with the front and back checkering. Just a bbq gun. Prob would never use it for edc...

They also have a skeleton version which Im not fond of. Open to too much dirt and....

I'm getting to the point where, if I buy something that could be updated, I just leave it alone and use it in "stock condition."

My Kimber is box stock, and while I'm a blade-head, that stuff is left alone, as well.

...I still have the stock mud-flaps on my F-150--which is 25 years old...

My SS Raptor Pro was a project. Started out I didnít like the satin finish on the flats where the full size were polished. So I polished them to the look of the big brother. Then decided to stow away the orig grips and try something else. The VD were one set. Then I bought a set of Python grips to match my boots. Its just one of those things, ya know?
