Kimber eco sp

Is anyone else having issues of the slide locking back after shooting the last round on there evo sp? I sent it to kimber and just got it back and itís doing the same thing. This issue really bothers me.

If you're shooting subpar ammo it may not be strong enough to push the slide all the way back to catch the slide stop. Just a thought.

Not me personally but I have seen this mentioned by others a couple of times. It seems the consistent theme is using mild 115 grain ammo. I noticed on my EVO the slide is fairly hard to rack, I suspect the average 115 grain target loads are just not cycling the slide quite enough to get lock back.

Just a hypothesis at this point, but it would be worth your while to try some warmer 124 or 147 grain loads.

Mine works perfectly but I have not yet tried any 115 grain loads, had zero issues with 124s and 147s though.
