Wink My 2 Cents Worth!!

For my Kimber Pro Carry II, I am using a Wilson Combat Flatwire Recoil Spring Kit. It will last 10 times as long as a factory spring and with it installed, I do not have to use the Kimber take down tool to disassemble my pistol. Those two items make it well worth the $50 I paid for it.

I had a Wolff recoil spring on my Kimber Pro CDP II, but I changed to a Wilson Combat flatwire spring, which gives me better reliability.

I like the Idea of not having use a tool to field strip if needed. Longer lasting appeals to me also. Thank you for the info!

I am using Acme brand. If it's good enough for Wile Coyote it's good enough for me.

I actually just ordered 2 sets of Wolff springs for both our Ultra Carrys and the set comes with the outer & inner springs for $8.99 a set from Midway USA...

Both of my Pro Carry II use the factory springs from Kimber and have never had any problems and with over 10K rounds between the two guns why mess with a good thing. ..

Well Zoomy, if you like Acme brand, you should try Ace Cut-Rate. They are far superior to the Acme units!! There is nothing like an Ace Cut-Rate recoil spring!!! It has more "boing" to the inch than any other brand!!!

TRUST ME!!!!
