Kimber Customer Service

I just sent my Kimber TLE/RL II to Kimber to replace the grip safety with the "bump" style like found on the Warrior series. Well, four weeks later I get my gun back and not only did they redo the safety, they worked over the whole slide. They were awesome to deal with. Recently took it to the range and it was a dream to shoot.

I now carry my TLE/RL II on my side daily as my desk gun.

Sergio at Kimber is always on top of his game and is a pleasure to deal with... He helped me when I sent in my slide from my Master Carry Pro to get refinished. Great people over there.

Wink Good Folks To Deal With!!

I have read very few posts that are not highly complimentary of Kimber Customer Service!! This has got to be a major selling point for Kimber!!! I have talked to them on the phone, but as of yet have had no reason to send a pistol back to Yonkers.

Called Kimber today

I had a general question regarding my UC II and spoke to "Robert". It's not a "call" center,,,Long-story-short it was like going into the gun store and having a good conversation about your EDC. I got my questions answered, learned something I didn't know and hung up with a "I'm gonna try that" idea.
