Kimber 1911 Model Search/Information

Has Kimber ever produced any 1911 models with a Ultra 3" barrel and a FULL size grip frame?

The only one I can think of is the Super Carry Ultra Plus.

Are there, have they produced any others?

Yup, the Ultra + CDP. Full size grip frame, 3" Ultra upper. My older catalog shows it in the usual CDP two-tone finish; black frame, SS slide. This is from the 2018 catalog.

I haven't been as closely linked to them as most of you guys, but not that I know of. Looking forward to informed answers!

I am 98% sure that Kimber only made Ultra + guns in the two models already mentioned.

YES, thanks Rick...CDP Ultra+ that does seem to ring a bell for me or it could be the shine and I'm a little dizzy and worn out from wrestling and holding Kracker while momma cleans his ears...

Why don't Kimber redesign/update some of these tried and true discontinued models instead of 10 variants of the Micro9?

This isn’t a Kimber but it’s a nice looking Ultra with a full size grip and a round butt.

I didn't even know they made that gun. That is a good price for a rounded butt and short barrel 1911. I can't tell, alloy frame too?
