Raptor 9mm

I don't know if anyone saw this yet but the Raptor line is now listed in 9mm on the Kimber site.

Just in the SS versions not in the Black or Grand Raptor.

I got a sneaky suspicion we will start seeing a lot of their models showing up in 9mm... For quite awhile now, they have little caliber drop down menus next to all their models and the 9mm seems to be snuck in every so often.

For years if you wanted a Kimber in 9mm your choice was very limited. By offering the 9mm in more models they're opening themselves up to a much larger market, think more $$$$$$.

I just told Sweetie that the Raptors, like my SS Pro, are now available in 9mm. Her first response was, "Wow, that would allow us to shoot a lot more, since 9mm is cheaper than .45." Sadly, I had to help her through the math. She didn't know the price of SS Raptors. I could have kept quiet and just ordered the new gun under the "We're saving money" excuse, but that would have been deceptive.

Gator, you could point out to your wife that after about 300 - 50 round boxes of 9mm you will pay for that gun in full compared to shooting 45acp. Yes, only 15,000 rounds. BTW it didn't work for me.
