Kimber cleaning

I treat my Kimber Pro Carry 2 different than my Glock 30s.The Kimber gets cleaned after every shooting even if it's only 50 rounds. My Glock "may"get cleaned....once a month after shooting. Soooo, how often do ya'll clean your Kimbers??

I clean my guns after every range visit, I clean my carry gun every other week whether it was fired or not. It's amazing how much lint and or fuzz it picks up especially around the firing pin.

Everything, except my Glocks, get cleaned after a range visit. The Glocks like to run a little "dirty" and get cleaned after about every other range visit, or three months...which ever comes first.

pro carry 2 and all other pistols get cleaned after every range visit. I get to the range about once a week.

Cleaning is almost fun, I do it often. Like Chuck, every couple weeks on my unfired carry gun.

I'm waiting on HBO to show last seasons Game of Thrones the weekend before the new season starts, then I'm going to binge watch and Frog Lube several pistols over the wood stove. Its a yearly tradition that started a few years ago. So once a year, I completely strip and really clean and preserve them/it.

I generally clean after each range visit. I don't believe they really need cleaning if you only put 100 rounds through, but a little extra 'alone time' with my firearms is welcome.

If I could shoot in my back yard, I'd go broke buying ammo and cleaning materials.

Like GoingSolo comments above, I actually enjoy cleaning my guns. I find it a way to connect with my gun and ensure it is carefully maintained to ensure it performs at its best. I clean my guns after every range trip. If I am busy, I may delay the cleaning to some time later but the gun gets cleaned. Heck, that is part of the fun of ownership.
