Why don't you use the "preview post" button before you post?

They can't be huge in size or resolution. Make sure your camera is set to lo-res or under 800x600 resolution.... size also referring to file size in K or Megs, etc...

I did not know that feature existed or how it worked, honest. I will be looking for it now, however!

If you will follow the step by step directions I posted it will work instead of whatever system you are tying that doesn't.

Original size of the picture isn't an issue as you can see by the included info window with this pic.

Phil, this electric camera I have has two buttons, the on-off switch and the button that snaps the picture. There is another button with a tab that rotates clock-wise, and it shows photos still in the camera.

I have found a feature that simply re-sizes photos.

However, the overall quality of the pictures is pretty much the same. I cannot make a 'red' into a 'pink.' I cannot make a picture of a parked car look like a dirigible.

It's just a camera for guys like me who are more comfortable with a manual five-speed shift.

But thanks for trying to help. If I putzed with your suggestions--not knowing what I was doing--this 20 year old camera might explode.

Say what?

Whatever you got rolling around in that skull tell it to stop.

A. Take a picture however you like.

B. Load the picture on your computer

C. Follow the step by step directions I already posted on how to post a pic on the Forum.

Okay, now I see where I misconstrued your idea. Trust me, intestinal flu will make you spacey.

I was doing it the opposite way. I was looking for modification settings in the camera, and then putting the finished picture into the computer.

If I can modify pictures in the computer I might be able to make several alterations.

Thanks for your patience and the tips. It's really been a bad week.
