A nice modern rendition of an old classic. My grandfather brought an original back from India when he served there after WW1. Wicked weapon in combat according to his stories.

Gotta say, yours looks a whole lot better than his did!

This one has a similar appearance to a bolo knife in the PI. I have wanted a Kukri since I was in my teens, and studied the Gurkhas. Tobruk was their shining time in North Africa. To prove to their disbelieving British officers of their exploits, they brought back two bags from their overnight mission. One bag has right ears, and the second bag had left ears.

That, my friend, is one of the most beautiful knives I have seen! I had to blow up the picture just to study the edges, the polish and the profile. Excellent!

The blade is 10 1/2" J429 Stainless steel and measure 16 1/2" overall.
