Welcome from Tenn. Speaking from my experience with my Micro 9, they are great pistols. Especially for concealed carry. I have had no issues with mine, great little gun.

Been shooting for over 60 yrs.
My first Kimber is the Micro 9 CDP(LG).
It is forcing me to make some adjustments to my grip, but for the purpose of concealment it is worth the needed practice. I have really long, skinny fingers. If not careful my trigger finger glows red with the laser. The dot is not totally obstructed, but a truly red knuckle does distract.
The magazine does not eject until I rack 4 or 5 live rounds. Occurs if I load for 6 plus 1 and then decide to unload without ever firing. Ammo brand might affect this, but the top round definitely sits forward in the mag and prevents ejection.
Kimber’s 7 RD mag with the plastic base makes a comfortable grip.
Slips nicely into my pocket or watch pocket; better than my PPK/S.
