New from Nebraska

Hi all:

I don't have a Kimber yet.

Trying to decide between Kimber Micro 9 and a Sig P938. What differences should I know about them. Have held both, fired neither. Which would you recommend?

Welcome to the site!

I don't own either of those, both are fine pistols. Apples vs Oranges?

Welcome to the forum from northern Illinois iblearning. The most important difference between the two guns is the caliber. Some people don't like the recoil the 9mm produces in the small gun.

Welcome from AL. Although my hubby has a Sig P226 Elite, he went with the Micro 9 for his EDC. He (and I) both enjoy shooting it and he was comfortable with the grip using an extended mag. My best advice is to shoot them both and then choose the one you feel most comfortable shooting. Let us know which you choose!

I believe both are 9mm.

Welcome to the forum from Tenn. Micro 9 is a great little gun, and you can't find a better looking gun.

I have both the kimber micro 9 cdp and the sig p938 sas . I prefer the kimber , its a spec lighter, more rounded, laser grips. The sig a little squarer, but the sas model also has night sights and ambi safety like the kimber. It's all a matter of your personal preference. Go to a gun shop handle both, then you decide, or get both!

Welcome from Northeast, Pa. I have a 938 Extreme that's been 100% reliable. I love this little gun. I have no experience with a Micro 9 but they are basically the same gun. I would probably look at which one has the price and features you are looking for and not so much the brand.
