Hey all. I'm new to the Kimber Family. I just bought a Ultra Carry II. Anything i should know right off the bat? I'm looking forward to getting some range time.

Yes, read the manual, clean and lube it well and use high quality factory round nose FMJ for the first few hundred rounds.

I repeat, read the manual and if there is anything you don’t understand, ask here! Takedown and reassembly is somewhat unique and can be challenging the first few times.

Welcome to the Forum from Florida. You’re going to love that Ultra. Do what the others have said and look into getting one of the NDZ takedown tools. It will make your life much easier breaking down the gun.

Sorry, it was late for me last night...but let me offer a belated welcome from eastern North Carolina. I have a fairly new Ultra that I LOVE! You will love yours too!
