Greeting all, new member from North Carolina. Just purchased a Custom II .45 and absolutely love it. What upgrades to you recommend? Have already purchased some TruGlo sights. Did find out that a generic 1911 magazine was not the way to go, hangs up just about every time I use it. Thanks in advance for the tips. Cheers!

Welcome J, post some pics of that bad boy. I like Wilson Combat mags and Joes. With a recent purchase, I received 2 Pro Tac mags, these work nice too.

Welcome to KT.

Did you get the TFX sights. Feedback would be appreciated.

Good to have ya here. As far as mags go, there are many quality mags to choose from, Tripp, Wilson, CMC, Kimber Tac mags to name a few. I use all I mentioned, a properly set up 1911 should run with any of them, but many 1911s will show a liking to certain mags, when you find that one stick with it.

Thanks for the feedback all. Insta-Gator, I did get the TFX sights. Will have them put on this week and post my thoughts. Have a buddy that has them on his Sig and they work great, so expect them to be just as good on my Custom.
