new CA laws :-(

...looks like Jerry Brown signed off on several pieces of legislation today. Background checks for ammo, no more detachable mags for AR type guns...
...others will be voted on by the public in November.

Background checks and waiting periods for ammo, no bullet buttons, no standard capacity mags ( and old ones need to be surrendered), no loaning firearms to friends.

Any guy with a backbone and lead in his pencil, will ignore these laws and go to Las Vegas or Reno and buy in bulk whatever is being banned.

With the exception of our esteemed members here (and my son)...is everybody NUTS in California? Sorry...I just had to get that off my chest!

Is this sh!t that the local government just deems necessary for the general good or do the citizens of the state actually vote it into law?
