10# of Beef Jerky in the dehydrator

I bought 17# of Top Sirloin Roast on sale the other day. The best cut of beef for Jerky, and these were some fine looking roasts. My large capacity dehydrator is now fully loaded. Tomorrow, I'll load it up again with the remaining 7#.

Do I even need to say it? Just box me up a care package with some of all the goodies you make!

Again! Pictures are mandatory. Without them it's just a dream.

When I do things like this I listen to Meatloaf's Bat Out of Hell. With Salami, the CD plays 3 times. I finished this before the song "Paradise by the Dashboard Light". Jerky is fast.

What a great voice she had, and easy on the eyes.

Man that looks good, a dehydrator is one of the few things I don't have. I may have to remedy that.

I was just thinking the same thing. The good brands of packaged beef jerky are expensive $30 a lb. Bought a pound for my daughter who is addicted to the stuff and her dog got hold of it and finished it all off for her!

Montana's beef jerky is looking very good. I'm sure he could sell it for the same price. I think I need to check out the dehydrators.

Compared to my dehydrator yours is high capacity. I have a relatively inexpensive plastic unit. Works just fine but won't accommodate the large slabs of jerky you've got there.
Care to share a marinade recipe please?
