NRA Classes

Have any of you taken the NRA Basic Personal Protection In The Home Course or NRA Basics of Person Protection Outside The Home Course? I'm thinking about taking some of their classes and I thought I would ask your opinion of the class. Thanks.

Any class that helps further your ability and knowledge is good. I ordered one of their books and read it before going to take my permit class.

I'm actually thinking about taking the RSO class myself.

I'd love to take some of the classes myself but my schedule is pretty nuts and there are few options in my neck of the woods. If you're in the Atlanta area there's a lot more to choose from.

I've taught parts of both protection classes (the legal part) I think they are good classes. Lots of hands on time.

I also did the RSO course, which was pretty fun, and now I have a lapel pin.

Thanks, signed up for the Personal Protection in the Home Course in Buford, GA. Will probably do the Outside the Home Protection at another time if this course goes well.
