The Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

With my homemade Pepperoni.

Neighbor gave me a big bucket full of the largest baking potatoes, that I can remember seeing. Good eating.

Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to make 'Foccacia' bread to compete with some Panera bread I was also given.

Usually just use bacon but home made Pepperoni would work for me.

The bread is killing me, looks awesome.

A girlfriend from long ago use to make twice baked potatoes, that were great. I'm still just faking it, but getting closer. Frying bacon makes for more cleanup, and besides I've so much pepperoni I'm constantly trying to find uses for it.

It's high octane stuff. You could blow an (caution sign required) 'exit only' in the rear of your trousers if not careful.
