Thanks Homer, good article. So I got to ask, how much did you get for your guns? Of course I'm just kidding, I don't want anybody to be unarmed. I also know a man such as you would never break the law.

I know next to nothing about politics down under, but hope whatever party believes in freedom and a man's right to arm himself regains control at some point.

G'Day Tankgunner,

Yes, I received quite a bit of money for my REGISTERED Firearms, during there funded confiscation (it was never a Buy Back, as the government/media called it, as they never owned them).
I would have preferred to still own them, especially my Grandfathers Browning A-5, 12ga and many others but................... I've bought a heap more of the "for now" Politically Correct versions since then!

Mate, politics down here, is much the same as I have seen of the US of A's.
The mass media control the content of what the populace see/read and hear and then the dumbed down Sheeple just repeat the same UN orchestrated BS.
Dictators obviously use the principal that if a know system works, stick to it... regardless of the country!!!

Good luck to you all, at your upcoming election!

Regards
Homer

G'Day Fella's,

In addition to this, please find below another link that probably won't surprise you!
Further to this, for many years now, I have been stating "Mediocrity and Incompetence is not only deemed Acceptable these days, it's actually Rewarded"!
Here is a scary (for Australians) example of this;
Security failures putting 'lives at risk,' warn experts

Doh!
