Jesse Jackson: It would be wise in the name of justice for Obama to pardon Hillary!

So, if Hillary didn't send or receive any classified emails on her home server and gave the Government all the documents that were asked for, why would she even need a pardon from Barry Soetoro Obama??

I don't get it. She keeps saying she has never done anything wrong. If that's true, why does she need a pardon?

Jackson said, “President Lincoln pardoned Jefferson Davis and other confederates who engaged in treason against the United States of America.

So Jackson is comparing her to people in history that he says engaged in treason against the Untied States, therefore he must think she's guilty as sin.

Hillary has not applied to the Office of the Pardon Attorney for executive clemency.

It's not necessary for someone to be charged or convicted of a crime to receive pardon. President Gerald Ford pardoned his predecessor, Richard Nixon, in 1974, although Nixon had not been charged or convicted of a crime. Nixon resigned in August 1974 after the House Judiciary Committee approved two articles of impeachment against him.

Here's why President Obama is unlikely to pardon Hillary Clinton

Or, if he were to pardon her then basically he is saying that he believes she is guilty of something.
