Well, look at the bright side. If this was a street in Madison, our bangers would have completely missed each other, setting a new record for incompetence.

As you know, Madison bangers know nothing about firearms, how to aim one or even how to clean one. It turns out that that the mall shooting last year was a wannabee pulling a lady's .32 ACP and creasing himself in the thigh upon the draw.

Now I have questions. Is that really brass? Is it a photoshop? I looked it over and some of the cartridge casings look like alewives, a small rapid breeding fish that grows in Lake Michigan.

Of what is this really a picture?

Yeah, it's probably alewives.

The only time I've seen piles of brass like that is when soldiers shoveled brass out of "Puff" using big coal shovels.

Sounds wonderful. Probably not a vacation destination anymore.

Well, here's where the statistics get murky. There are two types of kills--one category is 'deliberate' and the other is 'collateral.'

You're not dealing with rocket scientists here, you're talking about crack salesmen who become willful shrapnel magnets. Imagine if marksmen were involved.

Ya' know, I saw this wonderful new pistol that holds 30 rounds of .22 magnum ammunition. To this group, that would be like cutting edge athletic footwear.

...you could spray two or three porches with that...

To the shot person, "Was that personal?" probably doesn't cross the minds last dying thoughts.
