Tribute to "Mans Best Friend"

I know there are many who share my love for dogs. I thought it would be fun to post tributes to our furry friends.

Sorry; I didn't realize someone had started a dog forum already....oops!

Back in 2008 I had to put my best friend down at the young age of 8. His name was Roki and was an Akita.

Lots of great pictures of KT members dogs over the years can be viewed here also....

Just a few of my 4 legged kids. Baron and CJ thought they needed to go out until they saw it was raining. Baron and Trouble and finally Baron and Punky. Baron is the only one still with me. We do have Casey, a 6 lb chupacabra. All are rescues and this is the first time in 25 years we don't have a grey in the house. It still feels strange without a 45mph couch potato!

The day we got them. I'll love them forever. The little guy is still a terror...

Angus and Beans. Angus was 16, had her put down last year. Beans is now 8 years old. Both female rescues. Love both.

In the time that it took for the leaves to go from budding-out to full... Coondog grew like a weed. She loves to ride shotgun with daddy.

I love Coondog! Really grew up fast.

Kracker is 3 and a half years old now.

While looking through my photos, found my Duncan tattoo photo. Had him inked in to pay a forever tribute to my best friend of all time. Hes 16.3 years old now. Ink was still fresh when shot was taken. He will forever be part of me. Now and the future.
