MyHeritage DNA is a joke

8 weeks since I sent my DNA sample to MyHeritage DNA and no answer.
Birthday present from my wife.
10 emails and not even a response. Tried calling the customer service number but that's just an automated system trying to sell you more test.
It's a joke and I suggest NO ONE EVER USE THEM!
I'm a bit upset....in case you can't tell.

So..... your DNA sample has them stumped, that could explain your driving a Prius.

It's odd. I went to the dealership to pick up a Jeep and ended up with the Prius.
Here's a picture of the salesperson that sold me on Toyota quality.

Was $90,000.00 a bit high for a prius?
