Reminds me of the Department of Homeland Security Active Shooter Pocket Card.

See... you carry this card in your pocket so if bullets start flying you can whip out your handy-dandy Department of Homeland Security Active Shooter Pocket Card and follow instructions. https://www.dhs.gov/publication/acti...er-pocket-card

Look here...

#1 Run
#2 Hide

If #1 and #2 fail.... as a last resort... go to step #3

#3 Throw items at the Active Shooter

Note: The original Department of Homeland Security Active Shooter Pocket Card recommended throwing your shoes at the Active Shooter. Maybe that was a bit too aggressive? In any event, it's now throw "items". Wonder how many millions of dollars spent on studies and expert opinion went into that?

This can't work, there are just too many unanswered questions at this time.

Do you have to take a class on how to throw a rock responsibly?
Are the rocks registered?
Are you required to throw a warning rock?
Do you have to throw with the intent of only wounding?
Do the rocks have to be safely stored out of reach of children?
Can you use any rock or only approved rocks?

How many rocks are allowed to be loaded in the bucket.

Now we're getting somewhere!

You can't allow kids to be armed with rocks absent government mandatory training. They must first be taught self defense laws and what constitutes reasonable fear of imminent death and/or serious injury, as well as liabilities that come with being legally armed. They should be trained in rock throwing and tested for accuracy.

And what about safe storage? Are these buckets of rocks going to be kept in a locked safe when not is use?

What if you’re travelling across country do other states have rock reciprocation with your state?

Do you have to notify law enforcement that you have rocks on your person or in your vehicle if you get pulled over?
