The perfect storm...

We got socked night before last and yesterday with around 14 " of snow. The perfect part is the wind was out of the north east in stead of the north west (which it usually is up here in the winter). Here's what I ended up with.20180415_100206.jpg

I feel for you. Be safe. I got about 3” so far at the Illinois/Wisconsin border, but nothing like that.

We are over 24" so far this weekend and it is still snowing. Supposed to stop tonight. A great welcome home after 3 months in sunny Az.

That's awful.
I feel your pain, brother. This morning it was so cold that I thought I'd need sleeves. But by the time we rode, the sun was shining and it was in the 60's.

That is all we did yesterday and watch as some branches feel from the ice, more rain today.

We didn't get that much here, but it was steady, sometimes heavy and some portions of the roads were like glass.

I blew off the gym today because I have two appointments. Fortunately I have an F-150, so I'll make it, albeit somewhat slower.

I just noticed that flurries have begun...

I feel your pain. Green Bay, WI got slammed with 28 inches this weekend. County plow trucks have been getting stuck. This is the first time I've seen Caterpillar graders being used to plow roads.
