Wink Another Good Guy With A Gun!!!

Another school shooting! This time in Dixon, Illinois. However, this time the ending was quite different. This school's resource officer, Mark Dallas, ran toward the sound of gun fire!! He engaged, shot the shooter and made the arrest. If we have more responsible, trained people armed in our schools, this will be the most common out come. Pretty soon mentally ill whack-o's will decide that schools are not the place to act out their twisted fantasies!! Schools are a good place for disturbed criminals to be shot and killed!!

Chalk up one for the good guys!! Thanks to Dixon PD Officer Mark Dallas for his courage, dedication and marksmanship!!

If the media never mentioned the shooter's name and never showed their picture, would these things happen more or less often? IMO the media coverage is a significant part of creating the problem.

Question Hmmmmmm? Hold Parents Responsible?

Maybe if the parents were held responsible for what their juvenile children did, we would see a drastic drop in the number of these incidents!! Just a thought!!

Hell, parenting might even become popular again!?!?!

I find it hard to believe in TX that no one around this school had a firearm and that this school and others like don't have a resource offices that the school in IL did. I thought everyone in TX carried!
If we had more this would not happen along with parents being responsible owners an locking up their firearms so their F_ _ ked up kid doesn't get a hold of them an do shit like this. Breaks my heart about these kids, my oldest grandson is graduating in June and I Thank God he made out of high school.
