Heavy Rains - Be Careful

For those in Northern Illinois and Wisconsin, and soon points East, be careful out there. I had to put everything of value up on benches and tools in the shop. Fingers crossed, I just walked out on a rain break and it looks like the water is NEAR the top of the slab. Hoping with a break in the rains it can back off a bit, before the next rains come through.

I know what you mean John, it's been passing through here in waves. One minute it's an easy rain and the next it's so heavy you can't see 20'.

Still can’t get to the shop, but all I hear in the front yard is bubbling of the water soaking in. Hopefully done here for at least a few hours.

Please send some rain our way. Our desert here in Utah could use some!
