A new knife, sort of...

I bought another Boker Kalashnikov, and I would recommend you buy one, as well. Even though I am a knife salesman, I do not rep this brand, nor will I make a thin dime from any of you.

This example is everything a cutting tool should be. It is incredibly sharp. It deploys fast. And it is as much at home as a hobbyist implement as it is a defensive tool.

And what baffles me is the 40.00 dollar price. I have folders worth five times more that do not perform like these automatics.

If your cutlery salesman reps this brand, ask to handle it and see for yourself the quality at the give-away price. One always rides in my jeans, and I can purchase any cutting tool on the planet.

Give these a try.

I got one last week too. Pretty serious EDC for the buck. Much faster and easier to bring into play than my Bear & Sons. I also got the FDE / copper wash, mainly because it goes so well with my new EDC flashlight.

The light is an Inforce and it's a 700 lumen flamethrower. If you need a new pocket light I highly recommend this one. New EDC for spring '19 woohoo!!

Yup.... BladeHQ was showing over 30 different blade shape / blade color / grip color combinations. (plus a line of smaller mini versions) I'm thinking about going back in for a black / black tanto it looks pretty evil.

I live in Commienecticut, and as such, am not permitted to carry a switchblade knife. That would be exercising way too much freedom and liberty.

Don't get me wrong: I own several. But they are collection pieces, not work horses, and they don't leave my property.

Here in the hills as long as the blade is three and half inches or shorter you can carry anything. These Bokers are 3.25 so they're perfectly legal to carry concealed in your pocket. But then too seeing as we are a Constitutional Carry state, no gun permits needed, unless you're doing something really stupid with your knife no one's gonna say much about a blade.
