Joyce's knife.

Joyce's knife gets used. I ate my lunch with her knife, and I did not try to protect it. When I sliced, I did it through the Rueben's crust, and making the slice clean by taking it all the way to the porcelain plate.

Got it home and simply restored the shine with a tape over glass. Pictures to follow--if I can make it go....

I had to take a new picture, evidently you cannot mix "medias" and the shot of our dinner was done on my wife's phone.

The picture below is after a wash and paper/glass polish. It's still like a razor, even after 'kissing' the plate repeatedly.

It's one heck of a knife for what Joyce is asking for it. I bought two of them, just in case she changes her mid on the price...
