The KT bar is open

The Kimber Talk Friday night bar is officially open. My shoes off, my feet up and 3 fat fingers of Russell's 10 yo reserve is sitting in my glass. Cheers my friends.

Huh. KT is being weird, it says the only new posts since I checked in before the rooster this morning are in the four bumped topics I'm already subscribed to, and that can't be right. Regardless, I saw a deal on a 1.75 of Tin Cup today, so that's what I'm up to.
Pro tip: the handle comes with a significantly bigger tincup than the 750.

Got home this afternoon to find a package of high-performance seals waiting on the front porch, and spent the next three hours rebuilding a fork. Dinner and tv are over, so now it's time to check out KT and a bottle of Riazul Añejo.

I really like Raizul anejo. Do you find some quality about it hints at banana? I do, and I like that, even though I don't particularly care for banana. Anyway, tasty stuff.

I'll do some more tasting... My first impression was that they forgot the agave! I was expecting in-your-face, but it was not that. Then some burn, some good burn. And the flavors were very subtle.

I'll do a side-by-side with a bottle of Corzo that I also picked up... or more accurately, a bottle I had delivered. I kinda like this newfangled home delivery of nearly everything. I was at work browsing the wares at my local alcohol emporium, made a couple clicks, and then checked the box when I wanted them to show up at my house.

IIRC, the agave was quite a bit more upfront in the repo and moreso in the blanco (obviously) but neither of them are agave monsters.
